The digital content reinforces what you’re working on in mentoring, giving you clarity, consistency, and something practical to refer back to at any time.
This isn’t a standalone course — it’s designed to support and strengthen the mentoring process.
You don’t “catch up” — you implement as you go.
Applying is simply the first step to see whether this mentoring programme — and any available CITB funding — is right for you.

If you’re not registered yet, we’ll guide you through the process and explain what support may be available in your area.

This application helps us confirm fit and funding eligibility. You’re not committing to anything at this stage.

12 months, by design.
The programme runs over a minimum of 12 months, covering 8–12 structured units. This timeframe ensures systems are implemented properly — not rushed or half-finished.
After your initial 12 months, you can continue on a rolling monthly basis or complete the programme once your objectives are met.
Digital Programme
Monthly content release with group Zoom calls, WhatsApp community access, and structured implementation. Best suited to disciplined, self-motivated owners.

Developers can also access the specialist Rise Up Development Programme, designed for moving into or scaling development projects.
Because implementation matters more than information.
