A minimum of 12 months — by design.
The programme runs over a minimum of 12 months, covering 8–12 structured units. This timeframe ensures systems are implemented properly — not rushed or half-finished.
After the initial 12 months, you can continue on a rolling monthly basis or complete the programme once your objectives are met.
Digital Programme
Structured online content with group support. Best suited to disciplined, self-motivated owners who want to build foundations before deeper support.
In-Person Workshops (CITB funded)
Monthly full-day workshops with peer accountability, plus full digital access. Ideal for owners who learn best in-person.
1-to-1 Mentoring
Personalised strategy, direct access to Robin, and hands-on accountability. Designed for established businesses ready for structured implementation.
The programme supports both contractors and developers. It is particularly effective for contractors operating between £150k–£3M turnover.
Developers may also be eligible for the specialist Rise Up Development Programme, designed for scaling development projects.

Yes — CITB registration is required to apply for funding. Registration is free and typically takes around 15 minutes.
We guide you through the process and explain what support may be available.
The workshop programme costs £6,267 + VAT annually. Where approved, CITB contributes 50%.
The remaining balance is paid monthly. Funding approval is at CITB’s discretion.
No — funding decisions are made independently by CITB and cannot be guaranteed.
If funding is not approved, you may still join the programme at the standard rate.
