  • 2. Payments: All prices are shown either excluding or including VAT as stated on the relevant page. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Access to paid services is granted only after successful payment; failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

  • 3. Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated at point of sale, digital products (downloads, templates, recordings) are non-refundable. Coaching and live training follow the refund terms presented at purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.
