The programme is a 12-month commitment covering between 8–12 comprehensive units. The content is continuously refined and expanded based on member needs. The 12-month minimum ensures you have adequate time to implement systems properly and achieve measurable results. After your initial 12 months, you may continue on a rolling monthly basis or complete your programme.
Digital Programme (£199 + VAT / month)
Monthly content release to ensure correct implementation before progressing. Includes group Zoom calls, a WhatsApp community, and access to catch-up sessions if you miss workshop content. Best suited to disciplined, self-motivated learners.
In-Person Workshops (£522.25 + VAT / month, 50% CITB funded)
Monthly full-day workshops delivered at five UK locations, plus full access to the Digital Programme. CITB contributes £3,133.50 + VAT (50% of the annual £6,267 + VAT fee), with the remaining balance paid in 12 monthly instalments. Ideal for business owners seeking deeper transformation.
Premium Mentoring (£1,500 + VAT / month)
Direct one-to-one access to Robin, personalised strategy and accountability, plus full access to workshops and digital content. Designed for established businesses, typically operating at £1M+ turnover, looking to scale with confidence.
Both contractors and developers benefit from the Construction Success Programme. It is well suited to contractors operating between £150k–£3M turnover, as well as developers. Developers enrolled in Construction Success can also access the specialist Rise Up Development Programme at preferential rates. Rise Up addresses the specific challenges of moving from contracting into development or scaling a development portfolio.
Content is intentionally released one unit per month to prevent overwhelm and ensure proper implementation. When content is delivered all at once, most people consume information without applying it. The monthly release structure forces you to slow down, implement each unit fully, and embed the systems before progressing. This approach consistently produces far better results.
Yes. You must be CITB registered to apply for funding. Registration is free and typically takes around 15 minutes online. Only about 2% of UK construction businesses are currently registered, but once registered, you can access not only this programme funding but additional CITB grants and training opportunities. We provide step-by-step guidance to support you through registration.
The In-Person Workshop Programme costs £6,267 + VAT annually (£7,520.40 incl. VAT). With CITB funding approval, CITB contributes £3,133.50 + VAT, and you pay the remaining £3,133.50 + VAT in 12 monthly instalments of £261.13 + VAT (£313.36 incl. VAT).
Funding is approved by CITB on a case-by-case basis. We support you through the application process and provide the required documentation, but approval is entirely at CITB’s discretion.
No. CITB funding decisions are made independently and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot check availability or pre-approve applications. However, we will support you throughout the process and guide you on what CITB typically looks for. If your funding application is unsuccessful, you can still join the programme at the non-funded rate of £522.25 + VAT per month.
