With over 30 years in the building industry, Robin has experienced first-hand all the failures and successes you’re facing and knows the steps a construction business owner needs to take to succeed.
His clients see his role in their team as both a mentor and advisor, who is as passionate about their business as they are and is a constructively critical sounding board for decisions and challenges.
It was around 2005 when Robin decided to look for a mentor to support him in running the family business.
Working alongside his father taught Robin so much about running a business - but he quickly started to realise he needed to change tact and find a new approach to development and contracting.
Seeking help, Robin ended up with a famous franchise general business coach. The coach really did not understand the industry and concentrated on what he knew which was marketing. After spending thousands of Pounds with not much value, it was at this point that Robin realised the industry had a big gap.
His father has played such a big role in Robins life and having lost him this year to Covid it made it even more important for Robin to push forward and pursue his passion for helping businesses in the Construction industry succeed - both as a mentor and coach.
